If Only I Could See it Through Your Eye's
Sydney has so many amazing photographic opportunity's. Not only in the city, but also around the water front as well. So for this Sydney Culture editorial I have shot a a part of the harbour that is not only surreal but also very photogenic. And the part of Sydney I am talking about is The Royal Botanic Gardens. This place has so many pictures within a picture, you could spend days creating photo's. But for this editorial I have kept it to 21 of the best pictures that I took on the day.
When I am shooting a culture editorial I am not only looking for a amazing picture but I am also thinking exposer or more to a point....... light.......which is what photography is all about. No light then all you have is a blank page .....I like my photographs to have a effect to them which why I shoot in black and white rather than colour when working on my Culture story's. But when I am shooting for my commercial clients there is alway's a good chance I will be shooting in colour.
It used to be the other way around ........black and white was my favourite medium first then colour but when your clients want to see there products in there true form then you are going to have to shoot in there medium of choice which is always colour.
Moving forward Spring has hit us Down Under or should I say in Sydney. So that means you will be seeing more swim shoots!!! Not to sure if I will be doing a lot of them on the beach??? You see I am trying to mix it up. The first shoot will be for my swimwear shop LaMode Swim .........But till then enjoy "If Only I Could See It Through Your Eye's"
