I think we all know why online shopping has taken off in the last 12 months, so I don’t have to harp on about why we are sitting at home and ordering online.
But what the subject of this blurb is about.
Is why we buy clothes and the other bits and pieces that we may use once or twice, and only wear them a few times and then discard into the “I have wore that twice bin and I can’t wear it anymore” in which the clothes are now deemed useless.
So why do some of us do this??
I can tell you why we have that obsession or should I say bad habit. And the obsession’s are called: Afterpay and Zippay.
Anyone who lives in Australia will know what these two brands mean.
These two names are a god send and a curse all rolled into one. Just for the record I have both. And use them when I can, just so I don’t have to make a bulk payment that will hurt my bank account.
I am sure anyone else who uses these useful institutions will back me up 100% that they not only save you money and convenience but also builds up your credit rating so that you can move onto buying bigger and better things that are a tad more useful than clothes and a gadget to play with. That bigger thing is a house, appliance’s or tools that you may need for your business to help you make money, just to name a few.
The point I am making here is that I love money just like everyone else but if I had to make a decision to walk away from everything and wine back the clock to when we lived off the land, and you know what, I think I would!
It would make things so much easier and make life more straight forward.
Some food for thought for you??
So to finished off this blurb, I leave this thought with you: work to survive or work to play??
