So, the last two years have been testing to say the least when it has come to just about anything and everything that we have tried to do. Traveling has been hard enough never a lone trying to get from A to B without having to wear a mask. But better and brighter things are just around the corner for everyone that has planned for their year ahead. Because planning is the key, right?
As I am writing this in New South Wales, which is the state I live in. It has just recorded 22,500 Covid cases. The day before that, it was 20,000 cases and the number just keeps going up and up and we wonder if and when, it will ever stop? My prediction is that the case numbers will go down but not for a few weeks and one has to think that most of these cases are mild and not life threating. Unless you are an elderly person.
Moving on to a less touchy subject, and that 2022 will be the year that everything goes back to just about normal, we will build up an immunity to this virus as Onmicron is less deadly than the Delta strain. Traveling will become more easier, as boarders will slowly come down, not that they haven’t already, but the one boarder I am talking about is the Western Australian boarder, and we can slowly but surely start to enjoy pre-covid life again.
Now, this blurb is the first of the year and I am hoping it will be one of many blurbs I get to write for LaMode, I love to voice my opinion on subjects, that are sometimes one’s that are not always open to write about. But when it comes to my creativity, that will always be first and foremost for this online publication.
